Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure fire detection and electronic security installation projects across a defined territory.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with regional M&E Contractors.
  • Lead the sales cycle and manage company relationships.
  • Conduct building surveys and system design.
  • Emphasize new business development while maintaining existing accounts.
  • Handle leads and drive sales performance using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with business development managers, surveyors, designers, and estimators for support.
  • Achieve pipeline growth and conversion improvement against defined sales targets.

Key Skills:

  • Previous success in account management, specification sales, project sales, or estimating within an M&E contractor network.
  • Experience in business-to-business technical solutions sales.
  • Knowledge of the Contractor bid process.
  • Ability to function independently and communicate effectively.
  • Capability to develop and expand relationships within an organization.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience with CRMs, particularly Salesforce.com (preferred).
