Contract W2/ 1099 | Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Techno-Functional Lead | Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Techno-Functional Lead with strong experience in Supply Chain Distribution, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Order Management, Logistics, and enterprise system integrations.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM expertise with hands-on technical capabilities in SQL Server, data modeling, data mapping, integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional expertise across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Supply Chain Management.
• Support and optimize business processes related to distribution, inventory, order fulfillment, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models and ER models supporting integrations, reporting, and analytics.
• Develop and optimize MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation processes.
• Analyze and document end-to-end data flows across ERP, WMS, and other enterprise applications.
• Support system integrations between D365, WMS, ERP, and upstream/downstream systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues involving data mapping, interfaces, integrations, and data flows.
• Support API-based and middleware integrations to ensure reliable connectivity between enterprise systems.
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Work closely with business, functional, technical, and global teams to deliver effective Supply Chain solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and reliability across integrated platforms.
• Provide hands-on solutioning and technical guidance throughout implementation and production support.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Supply Chain Management.
• Strong Supply Chain domain knowledge, particularly Distribution and Warehouse Operations.
• Experience with Inventory Management, Order Management, Order Fulfillment, and Logistics.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server / T-SQL.
• Experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures and performing query/performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of Entity-Relationship modeling and database design.
• Experience with data integration, data mapping, data transformation, and enterprise data flows.
• Experience integrating ERP, WMS, and other enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and system interfaces.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and solutioning skills.

Preferred Experience

• Dynamics AX / AX 2012 experience.
• Experience with D365 integration frameworks, APIs, OData, or similar integration technologies.
• Experience working in complex multi-system enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting global teams and enterprise Supply Chain implementations.

Travel

Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 1 2 times per quarter, based on project requirements.
