Summary: The Contract Test Engineer role involves overseeing the testing lifecycle for a new CRM platform at an award-winning travel company. The position requires expertise in CRM migrations and data validation, ensuring data accuracy and system stability during the project. This is a fully remote contract with an initial duration of three months, outside IR35. Candidates based in the Northwest are preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and owning the test strategy for a new CRM platform
- Planning and executing functional, user and system testing
- Validating migrated customer data for completeness and accuracy
- Comparing large datasets and spotting inconsistencies or errors
- Working alongside a technology partner to deliver high-quality results
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in CRM migration projects, especially in data validation
- Hands-on experience planning and delivering end-to-end testing
- Strong knowledge of test strategy, test plans and test scripts
- Confidence in comparing and analysing large data sets
- Background in the travel industry is highly desirable

Our client is implementing a brand-new CRM platform and they’re looking for someone to own the entire testing lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Contract Test Engineer with experience in CRM migrations and data validation. They will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and system stability during this critical phase of the project.
Responsibilities:
