Key Responsibilities:

• Timely complete and follow through on all tasks as assigned through the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker.
• Possess experience with real estate contracts within the state of New York; experience with contracts pertaining to both North and South New York is an asset.
• Utilize only company-provided tools, technology, and methods of communication with staff and agents.
• Perform contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance of real estate transactions.
• Ensure all files in the Company's Transaction Management System are reviewed timely (within 48 hours).
• Effectively and promptly communicate with agents regarding deficiencies in documents, providing explanation and assistance.
• Support the Broker team in ensuring compliance.
• Other duties may be assigned.
