Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary customer contact for milestones, technical clarifications, and delivery schedules.
  • Lead customer status reviews and program performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to ensure capacity, materials, and labor.
  • Monitor full quote-to-cash lifecycle including order entry, production, quality checkpoints, shipping, and acceptance.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality.
  • Identify bottlenecks in sales-to-manufacturing workflows.
