Summary: The role of Programmatic Consultant involves providing expert guidance and advisory support to clients of a media agency, focusing on best practices in CM360 and DV360. Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the go to Programmatic Consultant across a portfolio of clients, providing expert guidance on campaign setup, activation and best practice.
  • Advising clients and internal teams on the effective use of CM360 and DV360, ensuring platforms are used correctly and efficiently end to end.
  • Supporting on trafficking, campaign management and quality assurance within CM360, with a strong focus on accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Leading best practice across DV360 campaign planning, activation, optimisation and reporting.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on all programmatic matters.
  • Reviewing existing ways of working and helping to improve processes, platform usage and programmatic delivery standards across the business.
  • Providing strategic and technical programmatic support across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency and overall account health.

Key Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of CM360, particularly around trafficking, setup and campaign management best practice.
  • Strong end to end knowledge of DV360, including planning, activation, optimisation and reporting.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing programmatic role, with the ability to communicate confidently with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience working in an advisory, consultative or specialist programmatic capacity within an agency environment.
  • Ability to uphold and implement best practice across multiple client accounts.
  • Confident working across several projects at once, while maintaining a high level of detail and organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn campaign data into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing expectations in a professional, solutions-led way.

I am currently supporting a media agency who are looking for a programmatic consultant to act in an advisory role for a number of their clients to uphold best practices in CM360 and DV360.

The contract will run for 3 months and there is potential for an extension down the line.

The best candidate will have strong technical knowledge of trafficking in CM360 and end to end in DV360, and has been in client facing role as this role will need good communication skills.
