Summary: The Contract Manager/Paralegal at Vialto Partners is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts while providing legal and administrative support to the legal team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including NDAs and Master Service Agreements.
  • Coordinate contract approvals, signatures, and execution processes.
  • Maintain and manage the contract repository with accurate records.
  • Monitor contract compliance and key milestones such as renewals and expirations.
  • Conduct preliminary legal research and prepare summaries on relevant laws.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including organizing files.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in contracts by recommending changes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies.
  • Work closely with internal departments to align contract terms with organizational goals.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on contract-related issues.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Paralegal certification or legal education preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in contract management or as a paralegal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
