Summary: The Contract Manager role involves overseeing contract management processes primarily in a remote capacity, with a focus on maintaining accurate contract data and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Capture, input, and maintain accurate contract information within the contract management system.
- Ensure contract data complies with local contract management and procurement policies.
- Record and reconcile notices published on Contract Finder and the Find a Tender Service against awards recorded in the local contract register.
- Assist with the preparation and publication of notices on Contract Finder and the Find a Tender Service.
- Use Excel spreadsheets to analyse, validate, and report on contract and compliance data.
- Support contract managers by ensuring records are complete, up to date, and audit-ready.
- Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Contribute to improving contract management processes and data quality.
