Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure contracts comply with EU and local legal frameworks, as well as company policies.

We are managing the development of a large-scale, mission-critical data center projects in Europe. This multi-phase program involves several international stakeholders and contractors, and demands a strong, experienced contract management professional to oversee contract strategy, execution, and compliance.

As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing pre- and post-award contract activities for the entire data center project. Working remotely from London with occasional travel to Europe, you will interface with internal teams, external suppliers, and legal advisors to ensure contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and commercial outcomes are optimized.
