Contract IT Service Desk Engineer

Duration: 3 months

Location: Fully remote working, Basingstoke office if hybrid working is preferred

Our client is seeking Contract IT Support Engineer to support a Microsoft-focused MSP delivering primarily BAU support and assist with cloud project work. You'll provide day-to-day IT support while contributing to Microsoft 365 migrations and modern workplace deployments. Working in a small team, you'll take ownership of tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
