Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect solutions across Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Contact Manager.
- Lead Guidewire Cloud Platform architecture, modernization, and migration initiatives.
- Design integrations with CRM, broker systems, document repositories, pricing engines, finance, and payment platforms.
- Utilize APD and Guidewire Integration Framework to address complex business requirements.
- Define architecture standards, conduct design reviews, and ensure scalability, security, resilience, and performance.
- Provide technical leadership, stakeholder management, mentoring, and architectural guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive Commercial Insurance experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of underwriting, policy lifecycle, rating, endorsements, renewals, audits, and claims.
- Experience with commercial insurance products, including multi-line, multi-location, packages, schedules, and risk-specific coverages.
- Experience with submission intake modernization, document ingestion, data extraction, classification, and routing.
- Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, Workbench, APD, and Integration Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform and migration strategies.
- Knowledge of AWS or Azure; cloud certification is preferred.
- Strong architecture, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and leading enterprise-level technology initiatives.
