Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP cutovers or large-scale system go-lives in manufacturing, FMCG, or food & beverage environments.
- Build and execute detailed cutover runbooks with minute-level precision.
- Manage data migration processes, including cleansing, validation, and post-migration reconciliation.
- Oversee complex interface landscapes — EDI, API, and middleware integrations.
- Facilitate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams during live events.
- Make rapid, evidence-based decisions at go/no-go checkpoints.
- Operate in factory or operational environments during system transitions.

Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract Cutover manager, this is initially 6 months, outside IR35 paying £400 per day, 100% remote working, looking for someone who has previous experience working in food and beverage/manufacturing environment working on ERP cutovers.
Essential skills for the role:
- Proven experience leading ERP cutovers or large-scale system go-lives (In manufacturing, FMCG, or food & beverage environments).
