Role Description This is a freelance remote role for a Content Writer specialising in creating and managing content for platforms like Wikipedia and Reddit. The Content Writer will be responsible for researching and drafting high-quality content, developing content strategies, proofreading documents, and ensuring accuracy and clarity. The role will involve crafting informative and engaging text to represent the firm’s authority and expertise in the legal and immigration field. Our Firm will also supply the content and topics.
Qualifications Proficiency in Web Content Writing and general Writing skills to create well-researched, clear, and engaging content. Most have previously submitted content on Wikipedia and are sufficient in editing. Must have a valid active account on Wikipedia that allows you to submit and edit content on Wikipedia; this is a must. Experience in developing Content Strategies for diverse platforms, including Wikipedia and Reddit. Strong Research skills to gather accurate and reliable information relevant to immigration and legal topics. Excellent Proofreading skills to ensure clarity, factual accuracy, and adherence to platform-specific guidelines. Attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing style for various audiences and platforms. Familiarity with Wikipedia editing guidelines and Reddit engagement practices is highly desirable.
