Summary: We are looking for a Content Supply Chain Architect with extensive knowledge of Adobe Workfront to enhance content workflows within the marketing ecosystem. This role involves designing scalable solutions for managing content operations from planning to activation. The position requires collaboration with various teams to optimize processes and ensure effective integration with Adobe Experience Cloud tools. The role is remote with occasional travel to NYC and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Workfront solutions to support content supply chain workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, operations, IT) to gather requirements and translate them into Workfront architecture
- Optimize project templates, custom forms, request queues, and reporting structures
- Integrate Workfront with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., AEM, AEP, Assets Essentials) and other platforms as needed
- Support change management, user adoption, and training efforts
- Drive continuous improvement of content processes, governance, and performance metrics
Key Skills:
- Proven background in content operations, digital marketing, or creative workflow design
- Experience with Workfront Fusion or API-based integrations is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem preferred
