Summary: The Content Developer will play a crucial role in supporting the enablement team by transforming finalized scripts and design templates into polished deliverables for SKO events. This position requires a blend of instructional design, visual storytelling, and production preparation to ensure consistency and quality in content creation. The role is remote and focuses on developing engaging materials for both pre-recorded and live sessions. The ideal candidate will have experience in content development and a strong understanding of branding and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build SKO Content Deliverables
- Transform SME-provided scripts and outlines into finalized PowerPoint decks, Synthesia scripts, and facilitator guides.
- Develop visually aligned slides and on-brand visuals for use across breakout and general sessions.
- Support creation of video scripts, cue sheets, and production-ready materials for pre-recorded and live delivery.
- Ensure Message and Design Consistency
- Work within Company brand guidelines and existing enablement frameworks (S100, 3x3x3, or MC storytelling).
- Coordinate with Enablement Ops and Creative teams to align visual templates and SKO presentation formats.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in enablement content development, instructional media, or marketing communications.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and eLearning or video scripting tools (Synthesia, Rise, or Storyline).
- Ability to translate technical and sales concepts into clear, compelling visuals and scripts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills comfortable managing multiple concurrent deadlines.
- Experience supporting large-scale SKO, Sales Academy, or event enablement projects.
- Familiarity with Company branding and tone or equivalent B2B enterprise brand experience.
- Background in storytelling or production (video, events, or corporate training).
