Key Responsibilities:

- Craft high-impact visual presentations using Advanced PowerPoint, adhering to brand guidelines and pedagogical best practices.
- Manage content deployment and integration within an enterprise-grade Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders across multiple regions, ensuring seamless version control and QA throughout the review cycle.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in Instructional Design within the Banking, Finance, or Insurance sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for instructional delivery and familiarity with various eLearning authoring tools.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume content production under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
