What you'll do
- Design, create and iterate user-centred content and end-to-end content journeys across digital and where required, offline channels.
- Understand user needs through user research, analytics, feedback and other evidence, and use those insights to inform design decisions.
- Turn complex policy, legal and technical information into content that is clear, concise and easy to understand.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary agile team, contributing from discovery through to live service.
- Prototype and test content and iterate it based on evidence.
- Work with policy, legal, operational and delivery stakeholders to balance user needs, policy intent and delivery constraints.
- Design inclusive and accessible content, considering different access needs from the outset.
- Contribute to content standards, patterns and the wider content design community.
- This reflects the Digital and Data profession's emphasis on content that helps users achieve their goals, involvement from discovery, and close working with user research, service design and interaction design.
