Summary: The Content Adaptation Manager role focuses on managing the adaptation of centrally created marketing content for Spanish-speaking markets. This position requires strong project management skills and fluency in Spanish, along with experience in content adaptation either in a creative agency or client-side. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of localized content. It is a remote position for a contract length of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with CX Engagement & Activation Director and Agency to understand customer journey and content plan for creative adaptation.
  • Brief Content Hub Production Team on content production and manage changes with Asset Owner.
  • Support adaptation of above market content to local label requirements for compliance and execution readiness.
  • Manage content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization with Content Hub for timely executions.
  • Collaborate with Content Hub and CX Activation Director on engagement plan delivery via localization.

Key Skills:

  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple workflows.
  • Experience in content adaptation in a creative agency or client-side.
  • Solid understanding of content quality aspects for timely and quality deliverables.
  • Experience with DAM/MLR tools.
