Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on a broad range of litigation and arbitration matters, including commercial disputes and complex contractual claims.
- Handle shareholder and partnership disputes, cross-border disputes, and international arbitration.
- Manage pre-action strategy, case management, and settlement negotiations.
- Work directly with founders, in-house teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Structure work delivery across approximately 3–4 days per week with flexibility.
Key Skills:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales or a comparable common law jurisdiction.
- 6+ years’ PQE with strong experience in litigation and/or arbitration.
- Training or experience at a recognised City, international, or leading regional firm.
- Strong track record in handling disputes from inception through to resolution.
- Confidence in working autonomously and managing client relationships.
- Experience advising entrepreneurial clients, SMEs, or fast-growth businesses.
- Genuine interest in flexible, consultancy-based legal work.
- Commercial mindset with a hunger for business development.

The Role
The successful lawyer will advise on a broad range of litigation and arbitration matters, which may include:
- Commercial disputes and complex contractual claims
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Cross-border disputes and international arbitration
- Pre-action strategy, case management, and settlement negotiations
- Working directly with founders, in-house teams, and senior stakeholders
Work is typically provided to fill approximately 3–4 days per week, with flexibility to structure delivery across the week. The role is fully remote and can be combined with other professional commitments.
About You
Candidates are likely to demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales (or a comparable common law jurisdiction)
- 6+ years’ PQE with strong experience in litigation and/or arbitration
- Training or experience gained at a recognised City, international, or leading regional firm
- A strong track record in handling disputes from inception through to resolution
