The LSUK team provides booking, management, and administrative support to all of our experts, allowing them to focus on the job at hand.

Role Description This is a remote role for a Consultant Building Surveyor, carrying out inspections on an ad-hoc basis. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting housing disrepair surveys as an expert witness. The Surveyor will also produce reports and provide expert witness evidence.

Qualifications/ Experience Building/Housing Surveying and Condition Surveys skills Several years of building surveying experience Experience as an expert witness is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in building surveying or equivalent Membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is preferred.
