Summary: Seeking an AI Service Delivery Lead to blend project management and technical leadership in supporting AI, automation, and marketing technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI, automation, and marketing technology initiatives from discovery through delivery
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, and technical workshops
- Develop or support proof-of-concepts using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar low-code/no-code platforms
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
- Coordinate across Marketing, IT, business teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Technology Delivery, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Automation, or Marketing Technology
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, or similar AI/Automation platforms
- Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, CRM, DAM, or related enterprise platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, integrations, or low-code/no-code tools
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology workflows and business processes
