Summary: The Construction Materials - Subject Matter Expert role at Tiro involves designing and delivering educational content related to construction materials for apprentices. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective learning experiences and the development of robust training materials. The expert will also engage in continual improvement processes to enhance educational outcomes. This is a contract position with a focus on remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design robust module delivery plans following approved narratives to align virtual learning with live seminars.
- Create subject-specific content for Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and Live Lesson Delivery that meets learning objectives.
- Attend module and cross-module meetings to discuss concerns and share best practices.
- Collaborate with TIRO to adapt and develop content and processes for optimal learning experiences.
- Deliver final content for VLE, Live, and supporting documentation equating to 30 self-paced learner hours and 6 hours of live seminar content.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Training, Teaching, Education, or Learning delivery.
- Significant experience in the construction industry and materials science.
- Skills in delivering projects within agreed timeframes.
