Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate change orders submitted by Construction Managers
• Assess scope, necessity, and accuracy of change orders; recommend adjustments or reductions as needed
• Engage in discussions with CMs regarding submitted labor hours, scope, and justification
• Ensure compliance with established change order governance processes
• Document review outcomes in internal systems (e.g., Power Apps)
• Upload and manage documentation in shared repositories
• Support training efforts for CM teams on processes and tools
• Collaborate and interface regularly with Construction Managers and stakeholders
• Participate in meetings across the service territory (virtual and in-person)
