Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate change orders submitted by Construction Managers
- Assess scope, necessity, and accuracy of change orders; recommend adjustments or reductions as needed
- Engage in discussions with CMs regarding submitted labor hours, scope, and justification
- Ensure compliance with established change order governance processes
- Document review outcomes in internal systems (e.g., Power Apps)
- Upload and manage documentation in shared repositories
- Support training efforts for CM teams on processes and tools
- Collaborate and interface regularly with Construction Managers and stakeholders
- Participate in meetings across the service territory (virtual and in-person)
Key Skills:
- Experience supporting electric utility construction projects
- Background working with Construction Managers or field operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and validate technical and cost information
- Comfortable with data entry, systems, and digital tools (e.g., Power Apps, file-sharing platforms)
- Ability to communicate effectively with field and office teams
- Willingness and ability to travel within service territory as needed
