Summary: The Construction Manager role involves managing the Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Work Authorizations (WAs) for both non-unitized and unitized work, ensuring timely feedback and approvals from assigned Construction Managers. - Responsible for sending WA's for all unitized work to pre-determined vendors, update internal databases (DOT) & follow up to ensure schedule dates are submitted
- Support reviewing Change Orders to provide feedback to our Division Assigned CM's for final approval
- Work with our Resource Analyst to determine volume of work being resourced to Contract to proactively advise our Job Package Analyst team of needed packages
