Summary: The Integration Specialist (PLM) role involves supporting a large-scale digital transformation programme within a defence environment, focusing on the integration and deployment of PLM solutions, particularly Teamcenter Unified and/or Siemens Opcenter. The position requires collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective system integration and data flow across engineering and manufacturing functions. Candidates must possess strong experience in complex engineering or defence programmes and be capable of working autonomously in a largely remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support system integration activities, including implementation, deployment, testing, and configuration of multiple PLM modules
- Manage component, data, and configuration management activities across the programme
- Configure and administer Teamcenter Unified and/or Opcenter environments in line with programme requirements
- Support digital transformation objectives, ensuring PLM solutions align with defence engineering and manufacturing standards
- Apply configuration management principles in accordance with DEF STAN 05-57, JSP 945, and EIA-649C
- Produce and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process documentation
- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer to engineering and operational teams
- Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as an Integration Specialist within complex engineering or defence programmes
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter Unified (preferred) and/or Siemens Opcenter
- Solid understanding of PLM principles, best practice, and lifecycle management
- Proven system administration skills with a high level of attention to detail and a logical, structured mindset
- Good working knowledge of configuration management standards, particularly within regulated defence environments
- Experience developing user guides and delivering system training
- Ability to work autonomously in a largely remote delivery model

You will play a key role in ensuring systems are effectively integrated across the programme, supporting configuration and component management, and enabling consistent data flow across engineering and manufacturing functions.
