Key Skills:
- Senior Brand Designer or Brand Design Director level
- Strong portfolio of conceptual brand identity work
- Experience building brand systems rather than just campaign assets
- System-led thinker able to connect ideas across multiple channels
- Experience working with large corporate brands with strong consumer-facing products is beneficial
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Experience working within brand or design agencies known for identity system work is particularly relevant

This role will focus on evolving an established masterbrand system to support new product features and platform initiatives. The work sits across brand, product and emerging technology, exploring how new capabilities and experiences can be expressed visually within a broader brand ecosystem. This is a highly conceptual brief. The team are looking for designers who can think beyond execution and help shape flexible identity frameworks, brand devices and visual systems that can scale across multiple touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working quickly, collaborating closely with the team and presenting clear conceptual thinking as the work evolves.
