RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Compliance Senior Product Owner. This is initially a three-month contract for remote candidates, with potential contract-to-hire consideration for candidates located near Des Moines, Fairfield, or Phoenix.
In this role, you will lead product strategy and execution for critical financial operations, including advisor commissions, fee billing, books and records, journal entries, supervisory functions, ERP systems, and compliance. The primary objective is to ensure advisors are paid accurately and on time while supporting the modernization of commission and billing platforms.
The Senior Product Owner will partner with Business Leaders, Product Management, Design, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance to identify stakeholder needs, lead product discovery, and translate business challenges into strategic solutions. Responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmaps, prioritizing the backlog, establishing KPIs and product scorecards, and driving measurable business and operational outcomes.
This person must be a proactive product leader who generates ideas, challenges assumptions, and connects product decisions to business value. The ideal candidate will be business-focused rather than architecture-focused and capable of building trusted relationships across technical and nontechnical teams.
