Key Responsibilities:
- Support the firm’s financial crime and risk framework.

- Support the onboarding of corporate clients, including complex structures.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the firm’s financial crime and risk framework, with a particular focus on:
- AML / KYC checks across new and existing clients
- Sanctions screening and ongoing monitoring
- Conflicts checks and management , ensuring accurate identification and escalation of risks
- Supporting the onboarding of corporate clients , including complex structures
- Conducting client due diligence and risk assessments
- Liaising with fee earners and stakeholders to resolve compliance queries
About You
Previous experience in a compliance or financial crime role within a law firm
Strong understanding of AML, KYC and sanctions requirements
Experience handling conflicts checks and conflicts management processes
Exposure to onboarding corporate clients and complex structures (e.g. funds, trusts, SPVs)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Confident communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders across the business
