Summary: The Compensation Analyst will be part of the Global Total Rewards Team, focusing on the EU Pay Transparency Directive project. This role involves managing and analyzing compensation data, ensuring alignment with job roles, and collaborating with the Career Framework project team to streamline efforts. The analyst will also serve as the primary contact for data-related inquiries and support project delivery through data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the pay transparency data collection process
- Perform complex analysis, create summary dashboards and perform modelling, drawing insights to support decision-making
- Act as the first point of contact for data queries
- Support the project team with data analysis & review requests
Key Skills:
- Experience in HR, preferably in a Total Rewards function or HR Reporting/Analytics
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate data and identify and present insights
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to handle and model large quantities of data
- Ability to work independently and seek support when required
- Good communication skills
- Flexible team player, a positive contributor to wider team efforts
- Experience working remotely in a global organisation (desirable)
- Advanced analytics or reporting skills (eg PowerBI) (desirable)
- Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferred (desirable)
