Summary: The Community Analyst role focuses on building and scaling a Slack community for builders, researchers, and operators, enhancing engagement and retention. The position involves managing user-generated content, launching affiliate programs, and driving measurable growth through community engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in community-led growth and a strong instinct for engaging content. This is a remote, full-time position with flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and scale the Slack community into a high-signal hub for builders, researchers, and operators.
- Architect engagement loops to increase retention, depth of conversation, and repeat participation.
- Source and manage UGC creators to produce AI-native video, short-form content, and performance-ready creative assets.
- Launch and scale an affiliate and referral engine across agencies, recruiters, universities, professors, tutors, job boards, and influencers.
- Run outbound partnership sprints — identify targets, pitch, close, and activate partnerships.
- Convert community engagement into measurable top-of-funnel growth, attribution, and revenue impact.
- Track engagement, conversion metrics, CAC signals, and partner performance; iterate weekly.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to align narrative, positioning, and growth experiments.
