Summary: We’re seeking a Conversation Manager to enhance our relationship with the Client’s community on Reddit. This role focuses on community engagement, managing conversations, and representing the Client brand while supporting content creation for social media. The position involves daily management of Reddit interactions, including comments and DMs, and requires a proactive approach to community engagement. The ideal candidate will also contribute to content publishing and occasionally present social-first ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily community engagement across relevant Reddit channels, including comments and DMs
- Respond to inbound DMs in a timely, thoughtful manner, and escalate or route messages internally when needed
- Help maintain Client’s brand voice and values in all community interactions
- Support day-to-day publishing across Reddit
- Work closely with Comms, Community Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Slack to coordinate responses
- Use Slack to manage community comments and DMs across platforms
- Assist with flagging and coordinating Reddit threads that require a response
- Support general executional and operational needs of social community management
- Track and log threads for reporting
Key Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in social media and/or community management
- Proven experience building, growing, and maintaining engaged communities on Reddit
- A comprehensive understanding of Client's product functionality
- Excellent writer with impeccable grammar and attention to detail
- Comfortable crafting and refining social copy and adapting tone by platform and moment
- Organized, responsive, and execution-focused
- Familiar with social and creative tools such as Dash Social and Asana

Summary: We’re looking for a Conversation Manager to help deepen our relationship with the Client’s community across Reddit. This role is first and foremost about community – engaging with users, managing conversations, and representing the Client brand daily – while also supporting fast, reactive content creation for social. You’ll be a key part of the day-to-day execution of Client’s Reddit presence: managing comments and DMs, driving outbound engagement, publishing content, and occasionally stepping in front of the camera to bring social-first ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
- Community Management & Engagement (Primary Focus)
- Execute daily community engagement across relevant Reddit channels, including comments and DMs
- Respond to inbound DMs in a timely, thoughtful manner, and escalate or route messages internally when needed (creator inquiries, product questions, partnerships, feedback, etc.)
- Help maintain Client’s brand voice and values in all community interactions
- Publishing & Social Execution
- Support day-to-day publishing across Reddit.
