Summary: The Community Manager role focuses on bridging the gap between the technical organization and the end user community, ensuring effective communication and program strategy. Responsibilities include building brand presence, moderating events, and enhancing user experience with Microsoft 365. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and a technical understanding of IT services. This is a remote position based in the UK for a duration of 12 months or more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and strategize programs between the IT service team and end user community.
  • Build a trusted brand presence through moderation of sessions and events.
  • Create impactful content and research trends to enhance user engagement.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Perform administrative tasks to maintain programs/events for user adoption.
  • Serve as Product Owner for an application that aids in user experience.
  • Identify and monitor the adoption of Microsoft 365 Suite and related programs.

Key Skills:

  • Professional education in Project Management, IT, Communications/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with stakeholder engagement and customer issue management.
  • Extensive experience with customer engagement methodologies.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
  • Change Management experience.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; German is beneficial.
