Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Community Managers and Program Managers.
- Develop and execute a clear, data-informed community strategy.
- Support and scale a creator/advocate program.
- Engage across platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Archinect and similar forums.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences.
- Share community insights with internal teams to support product and marketing decisions.
- Stay updated on trends in architecture, community building, and emerging technologies.
Key Skills:
- Architecture background with 5+ years in the architecture community.
- Strong, credible network within the industry.
- 3+ years promoting yourself, your work or your organisation.
- Experience building or managing online communities and community strategy.
- Team leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; confident presenting.
- Proficient with architecture software, Microsoft Office and Slack (or similar).
- Willingness to travel and flexibility for occasional evening calls.
- Comfortable trying new tools and technologies.
- (Nice to Have) - Basic video editing; experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
