Role: Communications Lead Locations: 100% Remote Duration: 12+ Months Contract
About the Role:
- We re seeking a Communications Lead to own and deliver high impact enterprise communications for a large, customer facing program.
- This role is ideal for a polished communicator who excels at executive storytelling, PowerPoint mastery, and visual communication, and who can turn complex operational topics into clear, engaging messages.
- You ll partner closely with leadership, service providers, and cross functional teams to ensure consistent, timely, and professional communications across customers and stakeholders.
What You ll Do:
- Lead enterprise communications, including newsletters, all hands materials, portal articles, and targeted communications.
- Serve as the primary creator of executive level PowerPoint decks, including governance, customer, and leadership presentations.
- Apply strong graphic design and visual storytelling principles to elevate communications and presentations.
- Manage portal content and ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style standards.
- Support governance communications, including agendas, meeting decks, and meeting notes.
- Coordinate communications for service provider transitions, cutovers, and hyper care activities.
- Maintain communication calendars, contact lists, and messaging standards.
- Partner with operational, tools, and change teams to ensure aligned, enterprise ready messaging.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience leading enterprise or client facing communications.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with a strong portfolio of executive ready decks.
- Strong visual and graphic design sensibility (layout, branding, readability).
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, stakeholder heavy environment.
- Experience using ServiceNow to send communications.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting governance forums or executive leadership teams.
- Familiarity with IT services, large enterprise programs, or service provider environments.
- Experience with organizational change or transition communications.
In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $30.00 $35.00/hour, Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
