  • Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and assist with installations where required

  • Strong practical knowledge of LV power generation and distribution systems
  • Experience with ComAp and Deep Sea control systems
  • Familiarity with commissioning software such as ComAp PC Suite and DSE Configuration Suite
  • Experience with multi-set systems, synchronisation with mains, and G99 testing
  • PLC programming experience
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK

Astute’s Power Team is working alongside one of the UK’s leading specialists in standby power, UPS and CHP systems, a well-established and financially secure business with over 40 years’ experience, to recruit a Commissioning Engineer for a remote position with occasional UK wide travel (6-8 days per month).

The Commissioning Engineer – Projects role comes with a salary of £42,000-£52,000 depending on experience, paid overtime, company vehicle, bonus scheme, and long-term development opportunities within a stable, family-owned organisation.
