Key Responsibilities:

A leading UK law firm with a top tier commercial and IT practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Services Solicitor for a three-month interim assignment . This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and work on a diverse range of commercial matters across multiple sectors.
The Role
You will be responsible for advising on, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including:
- Agency, distribution, and franchising agreements
- B2B and B2C terms and conditions
- Technology contracts (e.g., software licensing, SaaS, cloud services)
- Construction and engineering contracts (JCT, NEC)
- Procurement and outsourcing agreements
You’ll also provide strategic legal advice, lead client engagements, and support junior team members.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 8+ years PQE in commercial contracts
Strong experience across a range of sectors including tech, construction, and engineering
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills
