Key Responsibilities:

Paralegal - 3-Month Temporary Contract (Potential Extension)
Location: North West (Remote working considered)
Start: ASAP
Rate: £20-25 per hour, umbrella DOE
Working pattern: Full time and part time working patterns considered

We are currently recruiting for a motivated Paralegal to join a well-regarded university's Legal Services team on an initial 3-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad, hands-on experience within a collaborative in-house legal environment, supporting a variety of commercial and academic matters.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Legal Services team with general legal queries
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and academic/research documentation
  • Conducting legal research and preparing reports
  • Working closely with the Legal Services Manager and internal stakeholders
