Whom We’re Looking For: You will need to answer “yes” to most of these: You have a proven track record in SME commercial finance (structuring debt and equity deals). You’re comfortable being self-employed with an uncapped commission model . You have a lender network and/or proven ability to originate your own deals. You can manage the full customer journey from enquiry to funding. You have successfully billed £100k+ in commission or closed multiple six-figure deals. You can work across multiple finance products, not just regulated mortgages.
Not the Right Fit If: Your experience is mainly in regulated residential mortgages with little or no commercial exposure. You’ve never independently sourced and structured SME funding deals. You’re looking for a salaried role.
