Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts, including small works templates, central heating installation and maintenance contracts, dynamic purchasing systems, vehicle maintenance contracts, variation agreements, e-charging agreements, and bus shelter procurement.
- Provide advice on framework agreements, building control queries, and business rate allocations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and partner authorities to ensure compliance and value for money.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx).
- Strong background in Commercial and Procurement law within the public sector.
- Able to work independently and deliver high-quality advice remotely.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
