Coding Specialist | Remote

Summary: The Coding Expert role is a part-time contract position focused on reviewing and refining AI-generated code for accuracy and efficiency. The expert will create and test complex coding scenarios, develop test cases, and provide feedback to enhance AI models. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish coding standards and documentation of best practices is also essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Review, assess, and refine code generated by AI models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Create, test, and solve complex coding problems and real-life scenarios.
• Develop diverse and challenging test cases to evaluate model performance.
• Deliver constructive feedback and transparent reasoning to guide AI improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define coding standards and quality benchmarks.
• Document findings, best practices, and recommendations for ongoing model refinement.

Key Skills:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Bachelor's degree with strong coding experience.
• Proficiency in at least one core programming language such as Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, Go, or Rust.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Expertise in code review, debugging, and delivering clean, efficient code.
