  • Proficiency in databases: DB2, SQL Server, MySQL or similar RDBMS.
  • Knowledge of software & languages: COBOL, RPG, CL.
  • Familiarity with applications: Job Scheduler, FTP, Email (SMTP), DBViz or similar SQL Query Tool.
  • Experience with tools: Microsoft Office, VISIO, Change Management, Jira.
  • Health care experience dealing with Eligibility, Claims, Provider, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilities.
