Summary: The CMDB Analyst role involves managing and maintaining Configuration Item records within the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through collaboration with IT and business stakeholders. The position also includes developing standard operating procedures and creating dashboards and reports in ServiceNow. This role is primarily remote and focuses on operational information management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain Configuration Item records in the CMDB
• Update and maintain CI relationships
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and integrity of the CMDB
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Create CMDB dashboards in ServiceNow based on out of the box capabilities
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports, applying skill, judgment, and understanding of operational info

Key Skills:

• Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Proficiency in ServiceNow
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
