Summary: The CMDB Analyst role involves supporting the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within a global consulting and technology services firm. The position requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow and strong analytical skills to manage CMDB data, create reports, and deliver presentations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, Orchestration, and Upgrades as a ServiceNow Business Analyst or Developer.
