Design and manage cloud environments, ensuring high availability and security, optimizing performance, and supporting development teams with infrastructure needs and troubleshooting.
HM has identified several key requirements for an ideal candidate - previous Client experience, supply chain knowledge with warehouse management system experience, strong understanding of 3PL operations and vendor coordination, and excellent communication skills for working with global 3PL partners.
Preference for candidates with knowledge of complex integrations between host systems and 3PL.
This role can be remote but requires flexibility to work across different time zones, particularly with partners in Japan, Europe, and Asia. Preference is for someone in EST.
