Summary: We are looking for a Network Automation Engineer with expertise in AWS cloud networking and infrastructure automation to enhance scalable cloud environments in AWS China regions. The role emphasizes designing, automating, and optimizing secure hybrid cloud networking solutions while adhering to China-specific compliance requirements. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and support AWS cloud networking solutions within AWS China environments
- Build and automate infrastructure using Terraform, Python, Ansible, and CloudFormation
- Configure and support VPCs, VPNs, routing, peering, firewalls, and hybrid connectivity
- Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues across cloud/on-prem systems
- Implement monitoring, logging, and operational automation solutions
- Partner with security and architecture teams to ensure scalable and compliant cloud designs
- Serve as a subject matter expert around AWS China operational differences and constraints
Key Skills:
- Strong AWS cloud networking experience
- Experience with network automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Python, Ansible)
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud networking, VPNs, BGP, routing, and SD-WAN
- Experience supporting large-scale distributed production environments
- Understanding of cloud security and compliance best practices
