Summary: We are seeking a senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure to facilitate TMF's transition from an on-premises environment to a comprehensive Microsoft cloud model. The role focuses on SharePoint administration, permissions management, and the migration of on-prem file shares to SharePoint. The engineer will also provide technical guidance and help establish governance around SharePoint usage. This position is critical for enhancing the organization's cloud service maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand SharePoint across the organization, including department sites, file shares, permissions, and broader buildouts.
  • Support migration of on-prem file shares and department shares into SharePoint.
  • Design and maintain SharePoint permission structures aligned with enterprise access standards.
  • Partner with infrastructure/cloud leadership to improve Microsoft 365 and Azure service maturity.
  • Help establish scalable governance around SharePoint usage, file access, department shares, and permissions.
  • Provide senior-level technical guidance to existing infrastructure team members.
  • Support broader Azure/M365 cloud infrastructure initiatives as the organization transitions away from legacy/on-prem models.
  • Operate as a hands-on senior engineer while helping define best practices and future-state architecture.

We are seeking a senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure infrastructure experience to support TMF’s expansion of SharePoint and broader Microsoft cloud services. This role will help move the organization from an on-prem-heavy environment into an enterprise Microsoft cloud model, with a focus on SharePoint administration, permissions, departmental/file share build-outs, and migration from on-prem file shares into SharePoint.
