Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) audit, with a primary focus on Investment processes and Front Office Operations. The successful candidate will provide specialist insight into CLO structures, controls, and operational practices, supporting audit fieldwork, control assessment, and stakeholder discussions. This role requires expertise across both EMEA and US regulatory or market practices, or the ability to leverage internal resources to address region-specific requirements.
