Summary: The role of CLM Systems Analyst focuses on leading the technical revamp of the Professional Services contracting flow for a global SaaS construction platform. This position serves as a bridge between Salesforce data architecture and Ironclad’s workflow engine, requiring hands-on configuration and collaboration with various business units. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with CLM and CRM applications, particularly in Salesforce and Ironclad. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates located in Austin, TX, or within CST or PST time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Re-Architecture: Rebuild the integration logic between Salesforce and Ironclad to support a revamped Professional Services model.
- Functional Mapping: Map complex Salesforce data schemas (Objects, Fields, and Conditions) to Ironclad Workflow Designer attributes.
- Sprint Management: Work daily within Jira to manage capacity, estimate Level of Effort (LOE), and track progress across multiple sprints.
- Business Partnership: Spend ~50% of your time in meetings with Legal, Sales Ops, and Professional Services leads to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
- Hands-on Configuration: Spend ~50% of your time "hands-on-keyboard" configuring Ironclad workflows (out-of-the-box/low-code) and Salesforce conditions.
Key Skills:
- 4+ years of experience as system analyst dedicated to CLM and CRM applications.
- Exposure to quoting experience with Salesforce CPQ and orchestration of Sales Contract generation to signature.
- Direct Ironclad Experience: You must have built and managed workflows within the Ironclad platform.
- Salesforce Native: Deep understanding of how Salesforce objects are structured and how to trigger Ironclad launches based on specific Salesforce field criteria.
- Agile Proficiency: Expert at living in Jira, managing backlogs, and providing accurate estimates for configuration tasks.
- Functional Communication: Ability to sit in a room with Managers of Professional Services and Legal Operations teams and explain how a data point in Salesforce will dictate a legal condition in a contract.
- Sprinting: You will be accountable for your own capacity planning. We need someone who knows how long a "complex workflow rebuild" actually takes and drive execution in a cross-functional environment.
- Human Experience: We value "team players" who can consult on architecture during meetings but pivot quickly to execution.
- The "Daily 8": Ability to balance 4 hours of collaborative meetings/standups with 4 hours of focused development.
- Timezone: Must be available to work standard CST or PST business hours.
