Summary: The Clinical Support Data Engineer role focuses on utilizing Ab Initio and Java expertise to write code, perform log analysis, and support Azure dashboards. Key Responsibilities:
- Write and understand Ab Initio code/graphs/templates and perform log analysis.
- Create and monitor Azure dashboards (App Insights).
- Support batch monitoring via Ab Initio Control Center and handle job failures.
- Report/create defects and manage BAU/temp-fix tasks.
- Support and develop Unix scripts for monitoring and maintenance.
- Monitor ADF Pipeline and debug Azure Databricks code.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and represent data teams in incident calls.
- Perform ad-hoc SQL queries based on business requests.
- Suggest process improvements and automate manual tasks.
- Conduct impact analysis of upstream and downstream changes.
- Support patching activities and maintain system health.
- Work various shifts and weekends as required by the business.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with Ab Initio.
- Proficiency in Java.
