Summary: The Clinical Subject Matter Expert role focuses on evaluating and improving AI-generated clinical content for nursing education, specifically in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Emergency Department (ED) settings. This remote contract position requires experienced healthcare professionals to provide evidence-based feedback and assess content for clinical correctness and educational safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to nursing and healthcare education.
- Assess content based on overall helpfulness, comprehension, clinical correctness, completeness, and educational safety.
- Complete assigned assessments within project timelines (approximately 15 minutes per query).
- Provide professional, evidence-based feedback to support the development of high-quality educational content.
Key Skills:
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in either Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Emergency Department (ED) settings.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to evaluate educational content objectively.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
